MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Meet all licensing requirements of the Motor Vehicle Administration for Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Have no evidence of a criminal record which makes the individual unfit for employment as a school bus driver. Must be 21 years of age to operate a school bus. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Satisfactorily completes the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Administration physical examination for school bus drivers. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma/GED. Demonstrate an aptitude and competence for the position of School Bus Driver. Provide acceptable references as to one's ability to work with and supervise children.
